About National Investment Corporation

National Investment Corporation is a real estate development company from the UAE, operating in the market since 1999. The purpose of the NIC is to develop the Breakwater coastal area in Abu Dhabi and transform it into an iconic urban space combining economic importance and comfort for life. The first large-scale project of the company was Marina Mall, which opened in 2001 and became one of the main shopping centers of the capital. Developing the territory, NIC consistently implements premium residential and commercial facilities. Among them are the Marina Royal Complex, an elite complex of 100 villas overlooking the bay, and Marina Sunset, which includes 67 villas and 210 apartments. In 2008, the Marina Village Office Park, a space for residential and commercial use, was completed. A special place in the portfolio is occupied by Fairmont Marina Residences, a luxury residential project combining architectural elegance, Arabic style and modern standards of comfort. NIC projects are distinguished by high quality, modern technologies and well-thought-out infrastructure. Thanks to its systematic approach and sustainable development, the company has established itself as one of the most stable and respected developers in the UAE. NIC strives to create not just buildings, but valuable and sustainable urban spaces where comfort and quality of life become a priority.
